Christal was holding onto a small child’s hand. The child was about nine years old. A prodigy of a little sucker she was holding onto. The child was crying at the graves of the city. Christal was entrusted to take care of this little child as her own blood. At first she couldn’t since she was too busy with her posting of stories, but when the child’s eyes watered she quickly said yes.
“Stop crying please…” Christal admitted that this child was born in this city, born as data from two authors that won SGotM for the month. Christal squeezed Integra’s hand and said, “Come Integra, lets go back home” She looked at Integra’s bloodshot eyes and walked along the grave’s road.
It was dangerous to walk at the graveyard when it was nighttime and it was close to Christmas. At any given moment a ‘Tired of death’ zombies could jump out.
Integra asked, “Chrissy, what you doing this Christmas?”
Christal said, “It’s close to my birthday and I’m probably going to spend time with my family”
Integra started to cry again, “What about me. Aren’t you going to visit me to?”
Christal stopped and held onto Integra’s shoulders, “I will come visit don’t worry. I’ll buy you something nice in the Ifain shops”
Integra nodded her head and walked with Christal out the gates. Christal read from off the board outside, “May he who step on this hallowed ground be blessed, unknown”
Integra laughed and whipped tears away and pulled Christal’s robe. “Look, Look a parade”
Christal turned around to look out in the distance. Torches were held high and voices were raised. Christal took Integra’s hand and shouted, “Those aren’t parading Ifains. Those are KA marauding the streets. I’ve got to hide you, but where?”
The KA was IFian creatures that destroy data created beings. Like for instance Lecro who was usually in hiding. Each week they maraud through the streets searching for unwanted data.

The KA marched through the linear lane. Seeing a human bat fly around they made a formation and shot a laser through the creature. Destroying it as it gave a last gasp.
If they were to turn on the bad side of the IFian world then mayhem will be caused.

I like the Fantasy Forest idea. They should ask for the assistance of random SG characters from there while hiding in Lilith's place.
And I think Christal should get hit on by Larson because he's a man slut. Lol. :lol: |

He's one of my old characters. He's in both Death of an Age and his own story, which is still on hiatus. Last year, he won the IFy for best character.
Some of the older IFians may remember him... And if not, then I guess I may have to resurrect his tale of ribaldry and swashbuckling adventure.
But nah, you'd not have to do any such thing. I'd just love to see characters from other stories pop up in something like this, all of them interacting with each other in some way, seeing, as they too are citizens of IF. |

That's quite enough, guys. We can discuss Larson elsewhere. After all, this IS a linear story, not "The random Ifian talk thread".
If you think the Larson idea was good, then go read up his story before continuing to write. It would be really funny, but time-consuming.
I say the two characters are seen by the.. KA, was it? When they are running for their lives, they accidentally fall into the A.S.S Hole and find themselves assaulted by a horribly disfigured monster!*
*Guess who this is? Here's a clue. Who's the person who most frequents the A.S.S hole? :lol: |
