Ooooo Nicely done, though it did feel a bit rushed. I did like your metaphors though, especially the smoking one.
Anyway, DP- The bad guys choose to observe hoping that the two vamps will lead them to more vamps. They had suspected a group of them in the area.
Meanwhile...Jack is in heaven, in regards to he is taken to a coven of female vamps that are temporarily hiding out in his town. Why not? |

The thing with this story game is, you have to think of yourselves as gods almost. You control what happens or what jumps in. Which means you'll be choosing for the bad and the good, sometimes.

hey Plates i just thought i would let you know i was here and still reading.
To me the pace for the explosion was just about right, the glib rhetoric between the two works and yes i sense a relationship of sorts coming - though i think she should be a very hard woman with a lust em and leave em attitude that doesnt come unstuck with his puppy dog eyes,
the DP has me agreeeing with zeph - it was a weird one as we are totally unfamiliar with the 'bad guys'
I await the next chapter - lets not leave it so long ok? |

Hmm.. I think Mr.Nasty Badguy wants (once he's done eating) to gather himself a little gaggle of vampire girlfriends in an attempt to breed MORE vampire traits back into people- since you had mentioned them slowly fading away over time. Or, he's trying to strengthen his own vampire-ness by eating others. or something similarly disgusting.
Either way, he starts closing in on our little group. |
