Run to the cops and tell them a guy robbed a bank then proceed to let him use your car and take your half of the money while they watch, also scream gibberish when they arrest you.

If there is a library nearby, and you need to research the implications of your decision, do not hesitate to make use of that resource, even if any public officers shout out "Don't move or we'll shoot" or any other such warning of that nature. Above all, be paused and stall for time if necessary. If the situation turns violent for any reason, stand as rigidly as possible and do not move away from the line of fire. It's best to be safe and hold your position in all circumstances.

If you follow these instructions you should find yourself happily situated, regardless of your answer to the bank-robber. It's surefire, my friend.

Thats pretty good advice D. He'd probably either shove you out of the way and take your car or just move on impatiently. And running around in front of cops with guns isn't a good idea. Being perfectly still means your alot less likely to be shot.(and they aren't likely to shoot someone calmly walking to the library)

Say yes and tell him to get in the car. The try to evade the cops for a good while making sure you do whatever it take to avoid capture. That includes not stopping for duck crossings. Then while the robber is looking out the window distracted, your purple dye into the bag of money ruining the lot. If you manage to get away from the police then don't tell him about the dye thing until you're both in a very secluded area. Preferably a large forest or maybe even the middle of the atlantic ocean or something. Whatever floats your boat.
