And here's Bob McBobsky with the latest Mayoral Race updates!

Good day IFians! The Fifth great mayoral election has now opened, and already we have six candidates who have thrown their hat into the ring.
With the candidates piling in, Sir Wax has made a good start with an excellent opening statement, pushing him slightly ahead of the nearest rivals, though only just.
Dragonite lowered his own odds by posting millions of smileys, showing the level of maturity from that candidate.
Crossfire spent some time extolling the virtues or Kalanna Rai for mayor, and everyone fell asleep before he could get round to himself, which lowered his odds somewhat too.
Meanwhile IF is watching and waiting to see what happens next, and there is even talk of a mayoral debate!
Watch this space folks, things are only just starting!
