[Reasoner]

"If you could be anything," Sylvan's new teacher started,"and I mean anything, what would you be?" She said it with such gusto, that question meant great importance to her. She made eye contact with every single student in her room, sitting before her. "You have," she broke the silence,"three minutes to think."

Sylvan didn't have to think, he knew, already, what he wanted to be. He's always had this dream, this ambition welling inside him, to be what he always dreamt of.

Sylvan waited patiently as the teacher began asking all the student the question, one on one. He was last to be asked, and there were still a lot of students left to answer. He paid close attention to there desires. The closest one would come to having a reasonable answer is being the president, the others were superheroes, type of animal, etc.

Then, the teacher finally got to Sylvan, she asked the question softly, almost emotionally,"What do you want to be when you grow up?" She pronounciated the you sharply for better effect.

Sylvan stared the teacher straight in the eyes, his bold and lit up with confidence. He began,"When I'm older, I'll be known as one thing," he paused for the dramatic effect, his eyes narrowed for emphasis,"The Composer!"

More of a teaser than a prologue, I'll probably post the music I create below this line after I'm done with a chapter. Unless anyone else has a better idea on how to do it, any feedback, negative or positive, will always be...-maybe not appreciated-...but I won't be mad. Here's my music piece, I'm quite new with the whole creating music thing, so I hope this holds good.
