AHA confederation

The AHA Confederation is locked in a centuries long war with the Dark Lords of THE. Both cities are in the Great desert and bands of warriors frequently battle over its shifting sands, with bloody results.

Both sides hate each other with a loathing, and even mentioning the enemy is enough to get you strung up over the flagelation pits in AHA. In THE, the Dark Lords are likely to send their feared secret police around to have a quiet chat, before various organs are forcibly removed as an example to others.
