I can resist anything but temptation....

The offical home on IF of NeverNeverGirl!

Welcome to Ne's Eden. Take a bite of the apple. You know you want it. What could possibly go wrong?

Where does Ne go when shes not at the Inn? Where does she stay when Lordy's not around? Where does she entertain her suitors?

The ornate gates say it all...

Class, Style and elegance within...

A brass name plate announces the abode to belong to 'N. Vergirl'.

A small crudely written sign tacked to the bottom declare messily 'Syranore too'.

They swing open..

The outside is small and cute, its gardens overflowing and the feel is peaceful.

Do not let her outsides fool you... like the woman who resides within - Eden is more than she seems.

Foyer

The Foyer.

The stairs immediatly throw you off kilter....

Wait a moment, this is a single story cottage... You are disorientated, then remember this is IF.

You smile and look around.

Ah. This is truly the ideal home, Ne. I love the pond, and the trees brimming with fruits, but why is there a "Kangaroo Droppings" exposé? Shocked

Guest book

There in the emmaculate foyer on a glass hall stand sits a white covered book. It appears to be a guest book.

You open it - the gold leaf pages are covered in a beautiful caligraphy.

'Friends are welcome here, those with the desire may leave a message within these pages.'

You pick up the pen and begin to write...

Sitting room

The sitting room

You are requested to sit here by the presence of the room alone, it calls to you.

You pause for a moment and test out the chairs, bouncing softly and imainging what lies beyond te small door ahead of you...

You cannot contain your curiousity and you make your way through it..

The nook

Surprisingly quaint and small this kitchen is obviously not staffed by a cast of thousands. There are baking goods on the bench and a smell of delicious treats in the air.

A tea set sits close by and the curtains float in the soft beeze...

Belying the IFian image of Ne you catch here a glimpse of someone earthy and real..

You approach a door. There seems to be light coming out underneath it and there is a rustling beyond.

Curiously you push and entering find yourself in a room lined with bookcases. It is light and airy with large glass doors opening out into the garden. There are many comfy chairs and pillows scattered about and the room feels very much like home. Many tomes dusty and new line the shelves, interspersed among these are many curiosities .

Ancient pottery, clock work toys, photos and miscellaneous bric-a-brac call to your hands. As you are reaching out to touch what has caught your attention, a light reflects off a pane of glass and draws your eye towards it instead.

Here in a bookshelf, obviously revered above all else are several titles. you pick one up and begin to read....

Wanderer

ENIGMA

Katy Vs the World

...in a glass case to one side stands the most hallowed of all tomes in this Library - you recognise it at once for it is the Golden IFy winning
Barry the Normal

In a smaller shelf, barely full you come across a few titles that seem to be scratched into the parchment with a claw.... You realise these can only be the work of Snore.

Kingdom Fallen

Twisted

You push open a door at the top of the landing.

Inside you see what can only be called a sanctuary. It is obviously well loved and its decorated simply and tastefully. It is an Ode to Feminity.

In one corner of the large airy room stands a dressing table.. it is here the myriad ministrations go into the preparation of the resident.

The air is perfumed and it tantalises your nose... you are drawn further into the room.

The bed stands by an open set of french doors and you step out looking over abeautiful garden. You sit on the bed and the view is not diminished.

A small door stands open and you wander through..

Its pretty and simple. It is functional. What more could you need?

Back down the stairs you go and wander through the french doors..

Garden

As you wander into the garden, admiring the myriad animals and plant life you notice a set of huge gates towards the back.

Assuming that they are attached to a cemetary or some such you approach to investigate further.

A big wooden sign hangs over the ornate wrought iron gate. Emblazoned on which is the word 'S-Nore'.

Looking past the gate you see a horde of unimaginable proportions and there resting on top of it...

the very formidable Syranore, reading what appears to be a book titled 'Magik 4 Beginner Dragons'.

He has a look of intense concentration on his face and you slowly back away. You turn when your back touches what feels like rock, finding yourself face to face with a deep cave you hesitantly enter. The smell of chocolate cake baking drawing you further in then you would normally dare.

Rounding a corner you enter a cheery almost jovial kitchen of sorts. A large wooden table stands in the middle of the room and there is indeed a large choc cake standing in its middle. Scattered across the table in haphazard fashion are many dodgy self help books with titles like 'How to be your Best Dragon', "The Modern Dragon: How To Make the Most of Your Draconic Heritage", and 'Delicious dishes for the Dragon Connoisseur.' On the floor lie the charred remains of 'The Pyromaniacs handbook'.

Taking a piece of cake you retreat from the caves.
