IF District open for business!

Chinaren recently announced the opening of the all new IF Forum just inside the Fantasy Forest.

The IQ managed to catch up with Mayor Chinaren as he left the Council Offices.

“Now all our Tales of IF can reside in one area, making it easy for IFizens to keep track of all local stories,” he is recorded as saying, before adding: “Now get that orb out of my face before I <obscenity deleted>”

The new district is a full SGame district, which means new SGames must go through the Head Eaters approval process, and posting there will earn Fables. All current, and some older, IF tales have already been moved there.

Should you wish the chance to win some Fables, Chinaren has a competition for a new Forum Icon in the Open Forum. The more artistically inclined should check it out!


Bob’s Back!

Key recently announced the release of Bob, who had been sucked down a Idearium recycling outlet. Rumors that Idea Master had been using him for various experiments have been strenuously denied by IM’s press office.

Key’s Back!

Key was recently seen waddling around the palace grounds after a short absence. The official story is that he had a bought of OFian flu, but IQ reporters have heard from undisclosed sources that he hired all the working girls in the Muaddib district for one very special and very private ‘party’.

The working girls are said to be recovering in a special hospital at an undisclosed location.

Chinaren’s Back!

That’s right! After over a month of absence, our lovable Mayor is once more gracing the city streets, his paid throng of admirers trailing his every move.

Chinaren Inc. press office, of which this publication is a division, has released a Statement from Chinaren about his disappearance.

“I have been taking a well deserved holiday. Rumors that I was sucked into a IFSpace-time continuum disruptor are totally false, and my lawyers will be down like a ton of raw Idearium on anyone who suggests otherwise.”

Argonaut’s Back!

Argonaut recently returned to the city, and immediately boasted of huge and great things, the likes of which no living soul has ever before witnessed. A throng has since been growing around the Scrapyard district in anticipation of the portentous event.

Triple Mod hit!

The illustrious City Council is pleased to announce the promotion of two upstanding citizens to their ranks. Solus Serpen can hensforth be found stalking around the Open Forum, along with Tramp in a Storm, who has once more been given the key of office.

More recently a relative newcomer, CrunchyFrog, has also been moving her trademark green garments into the spare room of the Games district office, where he will be taken under the wing of IM, who will ‘show her the ropes.’

All three were seen stumbling out of the Council offices around midnight, rubbing their behinds. When questioned about this CrunchyFrog said something about ‘initiation ceremony’ before being told to ‘be quiet’ by the other two, who gave ‘No comment’ responses.

Rai Wins At Last

Our very own dragon assassin finally beat off strong competition in a close race to secure SGotM for January. Underdark can now be found in the Fantasy Forest.

Top Favorites.

Chianren’s Tired of Death quickly leapt back up the favorite rankings to re-take the number one spot, pushing Elevendor back into second spot. Chinaren’s Lords and Ladies remains in third place, and Chinaren would just like to assure everyone that a new chapter will be coming soon.

Lordy’s own A Fronte Praecipitium a Tergo Lupi is at four, with a new chapter recently released. D-Lotus comes in fifth with his much acclaimed Confession Box still riveting audiences everwhere.
