Somebody giving you the advice you really need or dont want to hear? Have they directed you to a SG that you simply 'must' read - and they were right?
Nominate them for Best Critic in this years IFys... let them know they arent just seen as a bossy good for nothing pain in the butt!

Whilst Lebby is good, what with his Crits from hell, I, for some reason, passed over Zephyr, who constantly gives excellent and frank feeback.
I would urge someone to put Z forward, as I have already shot my load into this hat, so to speak. :shock: |

I am going to nominate Zephyr, NOT because he nominated me :lol: - but because he has helped enormously in getting my writing up to standard, and especially by critiquing the conversations between characters - one of my weakest points.

ok, well, i see that zephyr and crunchy both need a second, and i can only do one of 'em.
I second Zephyr, cause he has offered more advice and criticism to me than anyone else here has. Crunchy has been very supportive, and i really appreciate that, but Zeph has done more to help my writing and see what i am doing wrong. |
