When Crunchy became mayor, she changed the link text in IF to green, and before, when C'ren was still in the mayoral office, it was Orange.

My question is, will there be any changes to IF's look, including but not limited to the link text colour, and if so, what are they?

Orange just happened to be a default color. When CF became mayor we kind of jokingly went green, and Key changed the font to green in that spirit.

Later on we voted to keep it that way for at least CF's reign of terror. It's just I tend to be associated with orange, and CF with green.

I'd choose a nice bold white or white, Or I'll want it to be a nice green if no one agrees, I'll have to change it to a colour that people will vote for, which will be best for their eyes, or I'll choose white and when it is underlined it turns to orange. that be great, hard work, but great.

Please don't change it to white Crady - that hurts me eyes.

I have no plans to change the text colour - if people want to vote for a new colour that's fine, but I won't be requesting it or anything.

Ok, then I won't change it to white. Oragne is suttle on the eyes. I didn't say it was a must to change, but since TMOF brought it up. I tought I just give my option.

I find this chuckle worthy personally, but I like the green and how it looks at the moment. If the voters want to change it, however, I don't mind that at all. I don't think the colors of the text links and the look of IF is going to be changing no matter who is chosen in the elections. We seem to have a design that works pretty well for us, as I have not heard complaints about this. ;)

But, hey! If somebody has something they want to say about the look, let's hear it! I don't have a problem listening to some new site "look" ideas. :)

If you've seen me around then you'd know i'm all about the green.

It's a color that is very powerful when used with intent and i am quite fond of it.

Bear in mind the text color is something the king controls, from under* his bed in the royal palace.

Yes, the sign-painting monkeys work for me. But I don't mind doing a bit of redecoration once per Mayoral term...we can make it a tradition.

I'd ordinarily go for some kind of neutral silver, but since nearly everything is similar to that anyway, I'm thinking blue.

Hmm... Or Prussian Grey! That's sort of blue... though kind of misleading.

What I meant by changing it was of course by king's permission. I like the green it is now. ^^

I didn't mean that you are sexually frustrated, that is what many others say it is. On the positive side it also mean spirituality, now you name something positive about green and you'll see how good you feel and the others who like green would feel better.

*By the way my favourite colour is lime green
