This is a game i used to play some time back and I used to get really good stories out of it...
Here are the rules.!

You can't post twice in a row.

We start of with a basic sentence such as the City of Saxet was ruled by a evil king..... and then the first reply should start with the word Fortunately, like Fortunately, the city was home to a magician who could repel evil. The next post starts with Unfortunately, like Unfortunately, The Magician's spell wizard was stolen by the Army, who worked for the king. you can also do some thing like Unfortunately for the king.....

Each Sentence except the first sentence SHOULD start with the word fortunately or unfortunately. If one sentence starts with fortunately the next sentence MUST start with Unfortunately and Vice Versa.

The author can add a few sentences after a fixed period of turns (in this case 15) if he feels that the story needs a face-lift.

Bob had just moved into a town which was haunted by evil spirits.

Fortunately, his great-aunt Sally was a medium so she could communicate with the spirits for Bob.

Unfortunately, Sally and Bob had not exactly been good friends.

Fortunately, Sally was more interested in investigating the spirits than she was unhappy with Bob.

Unfortunately, she's in England cleansing old castles of their evil spirits.

Fortunately, Bob's friend Rob ( who is good friends with Sally) had learnt some of Sally's skills from her.

Unfortunately Rob only accepts sex as payment for his services.

Fortunately, Bob is gay.

Unfortunately, Rob promised Sally he'd leave Bob alone.

Fortunately, Rob has never been so good at keeping promises.

Unfortunately, Bob thinks Rob is ugly (and hairy) and refused to 'pay'

Fortunately, Rob starts the ritual for free considering that Bob is his friend.

Unfortunately, the spirits weren't so friendly, and attacks Rob mid chant.

Fortunately, as they are just spirits, he just got a bit frightened, but remained unharmed by their ghostly touches.

Unfortunately, Bob suffers from chronic fear-induced seizures.

Fortunately, Rob had finished contacting the spirits and could now talk to them or drive them away.

Unfortunately, one of them had fallen in love with Bob and refused to leave.

Now, from this love-struck spirit Bob learns of a hidden cave somewhere in the Historile hill, located close to Lahvis town, where he was at present. Apparently, that was the nesting ground of the spirits which disturb the peace of Lahvis. Armed with a shot-machine gun, Bob leaves to the hill, in search of the cave, his only companion being the spirit. Bob would get rid of her later.

Fortunately, the spirits were in a mood to have a chat.

Unfortunately, they communicated by spitting thorns at each other's faces and Bob's.

Fortunatly, Bob is good at catching projectiles with his teeth.

Unfortunately, Bob had a terrible toothache and was scared to use his teeth.

Fortunately, he overcame his fear, and used his teeth, and he had no problem.

Unfortunately, he swallowed a couple thorns in the process.

Fortunately, the love-struck spirit went inside his body and bought out the thorns, and made sure it did that everytime Bob swallowed a thorn.
