Oki, I'ma try a little fun game here with my ever growing collection of dragons. Here's how it will work! I will post here all of my dragons as they come, and with them I will post their description given by the site, and the little beginning thing I gave them. Now, here are the two options for the game, either of which is acceptable.

#1) You can post here ideas of what you want to happen next with a particular dragon, keeping their nature in mind, and I'll add on a paragraph or two based on your suggestion/s.

#2) You can mail me a paragraph or two about what happens next with a particular dragon. After a spell check and a check to make sure it coincides with it's nature, I'll add it to the dragon.

The idea is to build a story for each dragon, but trying to keep in mind the nature of not only each dragon, but the collective group as a whole. You'll see what I mean in a little bit. I will be posting this one here as a challenge, and another one here as my own stories for each one. I can't wait to see the differences!

So, here is the baseline they are all kinda following:

Yaoi Taisho, a healing dragon, is gathering together abandoned eggs to raise and protect. As each one fully matures, most decide to stick around and defend the cave they grew up in. Each has their own respective natures, and each requires different things to get along in life.

Alrighty, that's about it really! So, here goes some of the dragons!

Yaoi Taisho

Nature
+++White dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can't bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.+++

Story Begins
As leader of his clan, Yaoi Taisho was the first to come out into the light. His first order of business, gathering at least one of every kind of dragon, after that, the peace and happiness that comes from such unity. Standing at his cave entrance, he watches as the young ones tumble around and over their soon to be siblings. The sight brings a smile to his lips. Soon...Soon they will be old enough to aid him in his quest to rescue the poor eggs abandoned outside the nearby caves...Wind whistling through his wings, this lovely young dragon feels his destiny rushing towards him, bright, fresh, and beautiful.

Treeko

Nature
+++Bright-Breasted Wyverns are a breed of dragon easily recognized by their bright red markings. They are a small breed, only the size of a full-grown man. However, they have developed poisonous barbs on their feet to make up for their size. Their coloration is used to warn off potential predators of the danger, and is also used to attract mates. They are very social, and can often be seen preening in large groups.+++

Story Begins
Chittering happily, Treeko wanders outside the cave. Looking up at his big brother, he chitters a few more times before walking over and nuzzling his nose against the white one's shoulder. Shuffling back inside, he begins wandering around the little hatchlings and eggs, making sure everything is in order. Little Adelberto headbutts his leg several times, prompting him to nudge the hatchling on it's side and show his dominance. With a lick, he takes up a patrol of the small cave, appointing himself the cave's manny.

Gorgonian

Nature
+++As their name suggests, Electric dragons are capable of producing electric charges. They can produce different amounts of electricity depending on their mood and time of year. During mating season, their sparks become brighter to attract potential mates. Electric dragons aren't usually a danger to other dragons, but they do use their power to attack predators and prey.+++

Story Begins
Second oldest in the cave of misfits, Gorgonian has always looked up to his "Older Brother", and swore to help his dream of peace come true. The moment he grew to adulthood, the electric dragon took off out of the cave, circling the area to show off his newly attained power. Landing at the cave entrance beside his brother, he growled low before launching into the air again. Taking a seat above the entrance on a large outcropping, Gorgonian takes up his watch over the cave of his birth.

Nimreden

Nature
+++Crimson Flare Pygmies are named after their small size and speed. They are fast and love to fly up and down in steep climbs and dives, giving the impression of a flare of color in the sky. These dragons travel in swarms during migration seasons and are very social. They live in tropical locations or wherever it is warm, and they are often seen near active volcanoes.+++

Story Begins
Darting about her cave with her newly dried winds, Nimreden chitters happily. The cooler temperature of the cave causes her to shiver slightly. Darting outside, she circles her big brother Yaoi Taisho's head several times before taking off straight up into the air. Passing Gorganian with a trill, she darts off towards the nearby mountains where dark plumes of smoke billow out from a small volcanic pit located in the middle of them. The warmth on her wings thrills her, so she finds a nice small outcropping by a shallow cave to set up her guard post. Set over the volcanic pit, the warmth keeps her alert, and happy.

Trottala

Nature
+++Terrae dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.+++

Story Begins
Bursting from the cave, Trottala brushes up against his older brother with a low growl. Amused that he's now taller then him, he lets off a little grunt before starting down the mountain. Skidding along the rock and brush, he finally comes to rest at the bottom, but only for a moment. Taking a deep breath, he lets the sunshine warm his scales before taking off into the forest at the foot of the mountain. After a few hours search, he finds a nice clearing to settle down in where the sun comes pouring through the leafy canopy. Settling in, he stays alert for any signs of trouble.

Adelberto

Nature
+++Spitfires are a desert breed of dragon. Their dull brown bodies contrast with their brilliant turquoise markings, and they only blaze brighter when these dragons fight. Spitfires are notorious for their territorial natures, and the wing-edges of most are ripped and tattered before their first year is out. Spitfires are also noteworthy for their brilliant blue fire, which is used not for hunting or fighting, but rather for making glass caves from the sand, in which the dragons can soak up the sun.+++

Story Begins
Shooing several hatchlings out of his way, Adelberto stalks out of the cave. He can feel the watchful eye of Gorgonian on his back as he approaches his eldest brother. He growls low, bowing slightly, before running past. Taking a flying leap off the shelf of rock outside the cave, he rises hi, looking for a place to build a home. Spotting a nearby lake with vast sandy shores, he takes off towards it. With a harsh first landing, Adelberto sets about making himself a cave. His fiercely protective nature keeps him glancing back towards his birth cave.

Wolfram von Bielefeld

Nature
+++Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.+++

Story Begins
Wolfram glances around, the little ones tumbling playfully around his feet. Creeping slowly past them to the outside, he slides slowly up to his older brother. Looking up at the white dragon, he almost coos, then turns back towards the cave. Sidling past Treeko to the far corner of the cavern he sits down. A bright colored little one ambles over and begins playing around his feet. Wolfram growls low, but is checked by Treeko. Sitting quietly, Wolfram settles in as the cave's second Manny.

Mizu Youkai

Nature
+++When Water dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.+++

Story Begins
Mizu Youkai croons as her elder brothers Yaoi Taisho and Gorgonian swiftly fly her to the nearby lake. She spots her brother Adelberto bellow as they fly over the shore. With perfect precision, the two drop her into the first dark spot in the lake, creating a large splash. She croons happily at the new body of water to explore. Waving good-bye with her tail fins, she sets off on a patrol of the lake, as well as an exploration of it's hidden depths.

Diving beneath the surface of the lake, her long, serpentine body twists and turns, as she explores every nook and cranny of her new watery abode. She notices underwater caves and caverns as she passes, making a mental note to explore them later, once she's digressed the layout of the entire lake, wishing to know every inch of her home. Every now and then, she surges forward to clasp a passing fish in her strong jaws, gobbling it down with relish.

Though everything is all so new and exciting, she's a little sad that she will be unable to return to the place of her birth, and those she shared it with, her brothers and sisters. Though she's aware she will see them often enough, she knows she will miss the companionship, especially when it comes time to sleep, and there are no fellow hatchlings to curl up with. She wonders if there will come a time in the near future, when she will have a companion to share her lake with.

Mind Flayer

Nature
+++Daydream dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near daydream dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.+++

Story Begins
Drifting slowly out of the cave, Mind Flayer smiles down at her elder brother. Circling his head a few times she notices his eyes glassing over. With a small chuckle, she rises slowly into the air. Gorgonian waves her off with a few sparks of lightning and a roar. Thrilled, she rises higher and higher until she reaches the clouds. Drifting back and forth over the mountains bellow, she watches her over her family and sends them happy thoughts.

Ni Shippo

Nature
+++Swallowtail dragons are graceful and quick flyers, much like their namesake bird. They are capable of precise aerial acrobatics, and can reach very high altitudes. Because of this, humans observing these dragons are often astonished at how large they are when confronted up close. A Swallowtail's diet consists of insects and small mammals plentiful in temperate forests. These dragons are also made remarkable by their paper-thin wing membranes, which allow light to pass through, creating an astonishing effect on starry nights.+++

Story Begins
Slipping carefully out of the cave, Ni Shippo wanders over to her big brother. Nuzzling the white dragon under the chin she shakes her head hard as she backs up. Pushing off hard, she takes a few deep breaths as she plummets towards the forest bellow. With a sudden flare of her wings, she darts off across the treetops at an amazing speed. Banking hard to the left, she heads for the forest between the volcanic lands and the mountain of her hatching. Finding a nice open area filled with flowers and grass within the forest, she settles in, pulling together foliage for a place to rest.

Thrumpdunk

Nature
+++Nilia Pygmies reside mostly in mountainous regions, tending to live in large flocks. They are a curious, hyperactive breed; their curiosity often gets them into dangerous situations. Despite this, they are wary around other dragons and animals outside their breed. They are naturally shy and seek their own kind for companionship. Once the trust of a Nilia dragon is earned, they are highly loyal critters, sometimes to the point of being annoying.+++

Story Begins
Thrumpdunk slowly skitters her way out of the cave. Moving slowly up to her big , very big, brother's tail, she slowly makes her way up to his neck. There, she begins chittering away rapidly causing him to arch his neck to look at her. After several minutes of excited chatter, she shimmies back down her brothers back ind returns to the cavern. There she begins to walk among the young ones, preening and chittering away happily. Deciding to stay around the ones more her size, Thrumpdunk settles in as the cave's first nanny.

HoNeko

Nature
+++Ember dragons have a great affinity for hot environments. While they themselves are not hot to the touch, their tendency to lurk amongst smoldering ashes has caused many to believe they are fire-starters. Their dully glowing markings serve many purposes: acting as a means of identification between individuals, as an important part of mating displays, and as a way of showing aggression. The long, low build of the breed makes them ungainly in flight, and the thick fleshy membranes of their wings hinder them further. As such, it is rare to see an ember dragon take to the air. Ember dragons are also not particularly sociable; females tend to be defensive, whereas males are more aggressive. Once they have settled with a particular group of dragons, ember dragons are incredibly loyal and will defend their pack by any means possible.+++

Story Begins
Ambling slowly out of the cave, HoNeko shuffles slowly over to his older brother. Letting out a low growl, he begins looking about with a sharp eye. After one last rumbling grunt, he spreads his wings wide. Turning towards the nearby volcanic crater, he pushes off the platform, falling into a low glide. As soon as he gets over the trees between the mountain the the crater, HoNeko takes to walking. Over an hour later he arrives at the molten site. Looking up at his tiny sister, he lets out a small growl before curling up next to the lava pit. Now warm, he begins looking about, keeping an ear out for danger.

Fluffer McKitty

Nature
+++Pillow dragons are covered in enormous amounts of fur affectionately referred to as fluff. Despite their deceivingly large size, they can still fly even with such tiny wings because their bodies are remarkably light. Pillow dragons have a habit of sleeping for up to eighteen hours a day, waking only in short bursts. During their few waking hours, they take the time to hunt for prey. Once a pillow dragon becomes an adult, its fur grows very slowly. Pillow dragon fur is used to make very expensive and valuable cloth known as "dragon cashmere."+++

Story Begins
Wandering sleepily out of the cave, Fluffer McKitty lets out a long purring roar. Shuffling over to her big brother, she rubs down his side, her soft furl feeling smooth on his scales. Purring low again, Fluffer wanders back into the cave and heads for a small tunnel leading down. Following it to the bottom, she enters a small cavern filled with various forms of furniture. The resident looks up, slightly startled, before walking over and petting the large dragon. Settling into a corner, Fluffer McKitty mewls and drifts off to sleep.

Masao

Nature
+++Albino dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun's harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.+++

Story Begins
Masao slowly makes his way out of the cave. Crawling over to her big brother, she settles down near his feet. Taking in the sights bellow, she finds herself happy. Arching her long neck back she lets out a long powerful screech, marking the land as her home. Curling her neck around Yaoi Taisho's feet, she keeps her red eyes open and sharp for any sign of trouble.

Yuura

Nature
+++Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn't true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.+++

Story Begins
Vines begin growing in all directions. With a shrieking roar Treeko calls for Wolfram's help. Together they grab up Yuura who is swiftly being covered in more and more deadly vines. Takingff just outside the cave, Yaoi Taisho directs them to put Yuura in her own patch of grassland near the bottom of the mountain. The two go into a dive, letting out pained sounds as the vines begin trying to wrap themselves around their wings. With a slight tearing sound, they drop Yuura to the ground in the nearest available grassy area and draw back. Watching her swiftly burrow into the ground, they both swoop higher and higher as the nearby vegetation is quickly devastated. Yuura coos happily at her new resting place.

Boat Bug

Nature
+++Shallow Water dragons are found in tropical regions where the water is warm. They use their magic to hunt, using bubbles to capture small fish and animals. Their large, webbed feet make them excellent swimmers and they are able to move at very high speeds. Due to their bright color, these dragons are easily spotted in the lagoons where they live.+++

Story Begins
Wandering out of the cave, Boat Bug begins feeling that he is far too dry. With a quick wave of his tail at his elder brother, he slides quickly to the edge of the shelf and slips over the edge. Moving towards the volcanic fields, he begins looking for some water to moisten up in. At the very edge of the forest between his home mountain and the volcano fields he finds a decent sized pond. He dives into the warm water and begins splashing around happily. Roaring low he paddles around the large pond, looking for something to eat, keeping an eye out for anything strange.

Phutt

Nature
+++Red dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren't evil creatures as depicted in myths and won't go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.+++

Story Begins
Trotting out of the cave, Phutt makes her way over to her elder brother. Bumping shoulder hard enough to make him stumble, she swiftly takes off before he can chastise her. Making a few quick sweeps of the area, she pinpoints where her brothers and sisters have chosen to live around the mountain before swooping in to land beside Gorgonian. Leaning her head over to him, she nibbles his cheek playfully before curling up beside him to rest.

Jasentia

Nature
+++Waterhorse dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.+++

Story Begins
Shambling awkwardly out of the cave, Jasentia gives out a few happygurglingg growls before prancing over to his eldest brother. Giving him a quick nuzzle, he looks out across the land bellow to find the lake. Once spotted, he begins his slow shuffle down the hill. About half way down, Yaoi Taisho swoops down and picks the water horse up bu his front legs and carries him swiftly to the lake. Dropping him in the shallow end, he makes one quick circle before heading back to the mountain. Jasentia looks over at his brother Adelberto, who is still in the process of making his glass cave, before bounding off into the deeper water.

Detective Nightwalker

Nature
Moonstone dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their obs. They seem to glow in with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moon's power.

Story Begins
Detective Nightwalker slips out of the cave and slides over to her elder brother and sister. Careful not to step on the latter, she nuzzles under Yaoi Taisho's chin. The sun low on the horizon slowly gives way to the night, causing Nightwalker to glow. Crooning with her high voice, she takes off from the ledge and heads up. Passing her other brother and sister, she heads along the line of mountains for a little while, looking for a high cave. Spotting one after a time, she lands and examines it. Finding it adequate, she returns tot he outside shelf and sits. Majestic and beautiful, she glows ever brighter as she takes in the moon's light. Her glowing eyes look out over the land, ready to alert her family of any dangers coming in the night.

Veveri

Nature
+++Seawyrm Pygmies are tiny dragons that live by the sea. They mostly fly above the ocean, but occasionally they dive into the water to pick up plankton or tend to their offspring. Hatchlings are born with tiny fins that help them swim and only live in the water. A Seawyrm Pygmy's mating game consists of a dance in which the two dragons spin above the water then dive to the sea and hunt. Eggs are usually laid in the sand or at the bottom of shallow parts of the sea.+++

Story Begins
Veveri darts out of the cave, already adept with his wings. Circling his big brother's head several times, he yowls loudly before taking off towards the lake. Passing over a couple of his siblings, he heads for the river leading away from the lake. Following it down it isn't too long before he bursts from the trees lining the riverbanks to the wide open expanses of the coastline. Doing a few aerial flips of joy, he dives down towards the water and scoops up a few mouthfuls of the plentiful plankton floating along the surface. Now fed, the little pigmy dragon takes off along the coast, mapping out the area and keeping an eye out for any dangers that may harm his family.

Stelkria

Nature
+++Flamingo wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.+++

Story Begins
Peeking out of the cave, Stelkria looks about at the dark night. With a low growl he crawls out slowly on all fours. Wriggling up to his elder brother he snorts lightly. Looking at one another for a quick second, Stelkria whirls around and takes off towards the lake. Skimming over the treetops he lands well away from the shore. Giving Adelberto a wide berth, he wanders over to the waters edge and takes a quick drink. With a quick glance at his gruff older brother, he makes a few circles before laying himself out on the sand and falling asleep.

Evrolette

Nature
+++Coastal Waverunners spend most of their time skimming the waves along the coast, snatching up their prey from the shallow waters. They have developed markings along the leading edges of their body that help disguise them as breaking waves. When they are not hunting, they enjoy playing among sand-dunes and shallow tide-pools. These dragons live in small but noisy rookeries. Some stories say Waverunners can fly for days on end without landing.+++

Story Begins
Waddling out of the cave, Evrolette snaps her beak a few times, causing Masao to turn and hiss at her. Shaking her head at the albino, Evrolette makes her way over to her eldest brother and gives him a low squawk before turning towards the coast. Making a quick dive to pick up speed, she follows the trail of her small brother to the sea's edge. Landing happily in the shallow water along the shore, she splashes around a few times before making her way to the sand and digging out a little hole with her feet. Curling around, she brings her tail around and settles into the small ditch and drifts off to sleep.

Momoi

Nature
+++Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called "pods." Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often "play" with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.+++

Story Begins
Being careful of fins, Treeko and Wolfram take a firm hold of Momoi by shoulder and tail and take off towards the ocean. Momoi coos happily at Yaoi Taisho as the group passes over. The white dragon nods back. After a short flight, the two mannies drop Momoi carefully into the shallows. Waving goodbye with his tail, Momoi stares at his sister on the shore. Putting around in circles, he waits patiently for her to wake up.

Hemuralania
NOT A CAVE MEMBER!

Nature
+++Deep sea dragons, as their name suggests, spend most of their time in the darkest depths of the sea. They have a bioluminescent dorsal spine that serves to attract prey and communicate with their own kind. As with many deep sea animals, they generally eat whatever they can manage to bait. They rarely leave the ocean floor, surfacing only during breeding season. When they do choose to travel to the shallower depths, they avoid bright lights and will only come up far away from shore.+++

Story Begins
Hemuralania moves slowly in towards the shore. The injury from her recent encounter makes every movement painful. Getting close enough to shore to rest with her head out of the water, she slowly stretches herself out and falls into a much needed rest.

Detective Daywalker

Nature
+++Sunstone dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. Their social structure resembles a lion pride, with one dominant male and several females banded together with their young. They prefer arid climates where they can blend in and dig for minerals and gemstones that they not only collect, but eat. The more gems they consume, the larger their tail stone grows. They are an aggressive breed; it is not uncommon to see two males battling for mates and territory.+++

Story Begins
Wandering slowly out of the cave, Detective Daywalker thumps her tail lightly on the ground. The sound echos around the area, causinga few hatchlings to whine in their sleep. Masao growlss lightly, and Yaoi Taisho nods towards the mountain range. With a happy growl, Daywalker takes off along the mountain until she reaches the cave where Nightwalker is keeping watch. Landing beside her Daywalker and her share a long look at one another before Daywalker flops down, exhausted from the night flight.

Lymeria

Nature
+++Sunset dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.+++

Story Begins
Lymeria wanders slowly outside, stretching his newly formed wings. With a few pop and cracks the joints align making the dragon feel much better. Sliding over to his eldest brother, he brushes a wing lightly over the feathered white one. Tuning towards the edge of the ledge he beats his wings a few times before taking off over the forest. Circling and diving, he hunts for a good meal.

Kaoru Hikaru

Nature
+++Two headed dragons are a special breed of dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, attacking back and forth. They use their sharp teeth and wings to hunt large animals, and rarely eat plants. It is unknown what would happen if a two headed dragon were to mate with a one headed dragon, since it has never occurred. They only mate within their breed.+++

Story Begins
Stepping out of the cave yammering one to another, Kaoru Hikaru suddenly stop when Masao growls at them. Noticing their elder brother has fallen asleep they wander over and croon low in their chest. After a quick exchange they slip off the edge of the shelf and head off along the mountains. Keeping both set of eyes sharp they eventually fins a small shallow cave on the face of a mountain covered in moss. Making a careful landing, the shuffle inside and settle down for the night.

Drimeria Drake

+++Day Glory drakes are radiant and friendly creatures that love the company of humans. They are so friendly, in fact, that they will eat food and treats right from a person's palm. Despite their friendliness, they aren't an easy target for predators due to their excellent flying abilities; when danger approaches, they are able to vanish within seconds. Breeding only occurs during the day when the sun is warm.+++

Story Begins
Drimeria Drake slowly crawls out of the cave, the newly born sun rising just over the horison. Looking over at her eldest brother she smiles and wanders over. Stretching her newly formed wings she coos at the two laid out on the ledge and shakes her head. Turning towards the sunrise she lets out a lyrical roar and falls over backwards off the cliff. Turning just before she hits the trees, Drimeria catches an updraft and rockets up past her birth cave. Circling the area, she sets out to find some eats, keeping an eye out for anything strange.

Bousu________Yuksaka

+++Harvest dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.+++

Story Begins
Bousu and Yuksaka exit the cave together. Looking around cautiously the both shy away from the hard look their elder sister gives them. The elder white dragon gives them a nod and they begin their descent into the forest bellow. Half sliding half crawling they eventually reach he treeline. Wandering about munching down food as the go, they stay close to the base of the mountain. Finding a cave large enough for both of them in the side of the mountain, they settle in and watch the clouds go by through the leaves overhead.

Fierce Nightwing

Nature
+++Moonstone dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their obs. They seem to glow in with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moon's power.+++

Story Begins
Fierce Nightwing wanders from the cave. Spotting the newly risen sun he lets out a groaning roar. Waving a claw at his uncle he slowly wanders back into the cave. Scooting over to his father Wolfram, the newly grown dragon rolls over on his back and settle against the hellfire wyrm's side and drifts off to sleep to wait for the sun to go down.

Skeekter

Nature
+++Feisty and energetic, whiptail dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.+++

Story Begins
Skeekter darts out of the cave and looks around. Scuttling over to his elder brother, he climbs up the larger dragon from tail to neck. Wrapping his claws gently around the white dragon's neck he chatters cheerfully for a time before hopping down, bouncing off of Masao's head which makes her roar at him. Chattering a few more times, he takes off down the mountain and starts scoping out the entire expanse of his elder sibling's territory. Snapping up bug and leaf as he goes, he starts his patrol.

Breker

Nature
+++Horse dragons have equine-shaped bodies and hooves instead of claws, which allow them to be fast runners. They specialize in running takeoffs, which are quicker than taking off from a stand-still. Horse dragons are able to stalk their prey from the ground then quickly execute an aerial attack for the kill.+++

Story Begins
Breker charges out of the cave, stretching both lag and wing muscles. Trotting over to his elder brother he lets out a high pitched roar in greeting for the morning. Yaoi Taisho nods back with a small growl of his own and turns to face the sun. Breker follows his gaze and with a loud roar charges towards the edge of the shelf. With a flying leap he takes off at full speed down the mountain in a steep dive. Reaching the bottom he lands and continues running. Leaping over his sister Yuura's killing ground he sets off towards the open plains to find some food and look for any disturbances.

Gregiling

Nature
+++Dorsal dragons are so named because they have large fins along their backs that can be raised and lowered at will. They use these fins to regulate body temperature; they raise them to cool off when they become overheated. The bright colors on the fins double as a means of attracting mates.+++

Story Begins
Gregiling trots slowly out of the cave. Looking around he is forced to look away as the sun finally fully rises on the horizon. Shuffling over to his elder brother he growls low and rubs his head against the white flank. Bringing a paw up, he chews on in slightly before making his way over to the shelf's edge and looking over. Looking back, Yaoi Taisho gives him a nod which Gregiling returns. Launching off of the mountain he glides slowly downwards. Heading for the lake he takes a deep breath, drawing in the fresh morning air.

+++Nebula dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula dragons will be exactly the same.+++

Story Begins
Serini Von Grestle takes one look at the cave entrance lit with the radiant sunlight and heads in the other direction. Moving down through the tunnels she makes her way into a nice pitch black cavern and curls up. Scraping the floor with her claws a few times, she lets out a gentle crooning sound and settles in to sleep the day away.

Bibirikun

+++Dark Myst Pygmies are, despite their dark and gloomy appearance, merry creatures that are usually seen in dark swamps playing among tree branches. These small dragons love humidity, as it keeps their skin well-hydrated, and are most happy when it is raining or foggy. They feed off larvae and insects and occasionally hunt for tiny lizards and frogs.+++

Story Begins
Bibirikun darts out of the cave, heading straight for her big sister's head. Zooming around it several times, she slows then stops at a light hover in front of her elder brother's face and stares. After several seconds, the small dragon drops over the edge of the shelf of rock and heads for the nearby volcano. Dropping bellow tree level she quickly comes to a decent sized body of water. Spotting one of her siblings she circles his head a few times before settling on his shoulder. Together the cruse around looking for early morning meal foods.

+++Pygmy dragons are the smallest breed of true dragons, being the size of a small cat. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and to leave generous scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy's diet is scavenged, though they do hunt songbirds and small mammals when the pickings are slim. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with other varieties of dragons, but select mates within their breed.+++

Story Begins
Memorimaison wanders about the cave, tumbling and playing with the hatchlings. Fully grown, the small dragon is still smaller then most of her brethren, even the hatchlings. Scooping up a bit of meat left for the little ones, she settles into one of the soft patches of leaves gathered in the cave and start a rousing game of hide-and-seek with the little ones.

Boufuuu

+++Gray dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.+++

Story Begins
The broody dragon Boufuuu slowly circles the cave, raining down a few drops of water before making his way out of the cave. Seeming to almost slither through the air, he passes close to his eldest brother, sparing him a single glance before heading straight up. Higher and higher he rises, until finally he breaks through into the clouds. Spotting one of his sisters nearby, he settles on keeping his distance and keeping watch out for anything approaching his birth cave.

Gagerath

+++Stone dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.+++

Story Begins
As Gagerath looks about the cavern he realizes it's much too small. Making his way slowly and carefully over to the nearest wall, he begins eating. Content on chewing into the wall slowly, he makes no move to leave. He simply lay, and chew.

Nature
+++Nocturne dragons are a strange breed. Whenever light strikes their bodies, they are frozen in whatever position they were in. This leaves them vulnerable and they rely on camouflage to keep themselves safe. They are often mistaken for statues when in this frozen state, but Nocturne dragons do not actually turn into stone. Rather, they merely idle until the sun goes down. At night, these dragons come to life, proving themselves to be powerful fliers, although little else is known about their true behavior.+++

Story Begins
Herff slowly follows in his sister's footsteps deeper into the cave. Following her scent he makes his way to the cavern she rests in. After a swift exchange of growls and glances, the larger dragon settles down to the lightly speckled female and settles in to sleep out the day.
