I thought this was an interesting concept, but the old thread's dead. Hopefully, this will last for a while. Basically, I tell the story one line at a time, but I take the first word of the next line from whoever comments on the thread first.

"Snakes are worshiped as an important deity in the Hindu religion" Mr. Dwayne had started, and then continued to elaborate on Nagathamman, the Snake Goddess, sparking of a deep interest in Indian mythology among the students.

"Until recently, the deity still formed a major part of the Hindu prayers, before slowly falling out of favor for the more charismatic gods" he added, pausing to smirk before finishing his sentence: "But the mysticism of the goddess still remains as fascinating as ever"

"Music is an important aspect of the worship to the Snake Goddess" Mr Dwayne had continued, explaining the relevance of various arts and their effects in the ritual, and it was precisely at this point that John had decided he needed to catch up and speak with his professor after the lecture.
