| The items are special things you collect during your quests. They can randomly be used by you or other players to gain fame. When you see the "Gaining Aid" screen and you can choose from 2 or 3 items and one or more of them are from players or it says "you have" and you choose that item, you are using the item from your (or their) item list and if you don't lose it then you (or they) will gain fame. |
