INCOMPLETE Lara and the Egg

Ignoring the simple patch of dirt she tightened her focus on the bug as it trudged through it's personal forest of grass. The small grey thing trundled and bungled past grain sized pebbles, weaved round blades of green to disappear under a fat leaf.
She scrambled on her stained knees, one of her previous scabs stinging in protest from quick move. She reached for the leaf but for a second the mound of dirt caught her eye again.
