Dumpling has been abducted by what appears to be a sugar ghoul, a not as nasty as it sounds little crerature with a penchant for people with a sugar rush. However, tracks that are obviously not made by a ghoul have been found leading away from the scene. Just ahead is the Dead City where more information can likely be garnered.

Hi everyone!
Thanks for your patience with this story. Normally I would have churned out several more chapters by now but real life has decided to interrupt things a bit. I am currently involved in 5 different projects. I'm acting in 3 different shows, choreographing a fourth, and helping with a film project doing acting and some technical work. On top of that I am in the midst of a career change as I was recently offered a job with a new company, making more money, and on a path I want my career to go.
Needless to say this leaves me very little time to write. One thing I want to give you all here is quality. The three shows I'm acting in end this Wednesday and that will free up a lot of time. The film project ends this Friday as well. So stick with me! This story will not die off like many others have!

No need to be sorry about real life, Random. Just because we write a storygame and do some moderating doesn't mean we have to drop everything else to do it. I am sure Key would agree. After all, this is all voluntary, it's not like we're getting paid or anything - not that I'm complaining, I do this because I love it.
I'm glad to hear you're keeping yourself busy and not wasting away in front of the monitor like so many people do. On the acting side, you're living the dream man, which is great. I'm sure when you come back, Pirates (etc), will have some fresh life breathed into it for all the better. Good luck on your final shows, and break a leg!

Well I've got greyish skin...I can make my eyes go really big, and there's some green in there with the blue, I'm sure...and I'm wearing a blue dressing gown...so I can safely say I look like a tall Little Person.

My vote made no difference, but I like to vote anyway.
It's been a while since I checked this one out, but thankfully RL hit you as well, and I didn't have much to catch up on.
Excellent two part chapter - I loved the 'narrator just said it' comment (and in yours D) and the 'red shirt' as well. 2 of my favourite aspects of comedy that always cracks me up.

WHEW!!!!! The world can now rest again, sleep tightly my friends all is well. I have finally made it through what may have been the busiest month of my life.
On top of that, I was afraid I had lost the story!!!! I went nuts looking for it even going back to my old job to see if maybe they had a backup of my stuff somewhere (of course not). But all is well again, I have found it and I am editing it for posting.
