There are a bunch of variables unaddressed here, such as how long I'll actually live, and how painful the exectution is, but I'd have to pick immediate execution. I hate boredom.

Well, I'm generally all for not breaking trust... but gambling debts quite often seem to lead to broken legs, usually by some badly nicknamed dude with an authority complex so..
I'd go with the tabloid (although I may have tried begging $$ from the ex first, and possibly give them a heads up).

A quiet month preparing the utter, most final and complete annihilation of all my most charming foes within a house containing a completely self-contained alternate reality in which I have absolute control along with all manner of delightful people to enjoy it with.
1. Being forced to carry a mouthful of water and sharply spiny fish everywhere you go with no hope of removing them- your mouth is sewn shut, and you live for a very, very long time.
2. Secreting a kind of adhesive mucus in every fluid of your body that slowly increases in volume and seals instantly in contact with water. You still live for an extremely long time, the adhesive doesn't work on any of your enemies and you can't throw it at people.

Fade away, I think. I like the idea of a firey burnout.. but I've seen too many in the town where I grew up. I think I'd like to burn brightly, have my say, and then sort of drift into a happy life out of the limelight somewhere.

although, I'd pick late spring or early fall, as opposed to the middle of summer or winter.

Commentate a golf match, between really boring, crappy, old golfers... AND keep your voice monotone the entire time, but NOT fall asleep, not even once.. not even for a little tiny bit.

i think id take the game show even though im a realy pickey eater, but golf now thats torcher .....

1. be tied and quartered whith a fire under you burning your back and havind acid dripp on your front untill you slowly die
2.have your back layed on a bed of spikes whith chinese water torcher and have all your finger nails and tow puled off and then have your limbs bent in the opposite direction of how they are sposed to bend untill they break numerous times and then evntualy die from another bed of spikes slowly pressing down from above untill your stabed to death
