The Effects and Style shop code is now on the regular site (although it is still disabled while it is having final configuration performed to it).
Also made a minor fix to make the BBCode buttons and FireFox play nicer together.

Ok I turned districts on for both the main configuration and the shop and it seems to be working.
*mutters about mods that are less then obvious how to make them work*

Ok, its working in general but the updating to a new setting didn't seem to take and the shadow doesn't seem to be expressing throughout the forums.

Yeuchh. Not sure I like your effects, TB!
I've just purchased a green colour for my name and it's not showing.
But the blue colour for the title works.
(Editz to add) - Ah, that's interesting. The glow for the name works, but the colour doesn't. Might have something to do with the fact that it is an orange link rather than straight forward text?
Also I have purchased shadows for the name, and it hasn't worked.

Hmm I'll look into the shadow. I'm pretty sure it was working when I tested it before.
EDIT: It is definitely not working now. I'll have to look into what the problem is.
You only see the shadow or the background if you aren't using IE though 
You may be right about the orange overwriting the green 
I'm not really sure there's much I can do about that. Does it look right on the prieview but not on the forum?

Yup, it's looking right on the preview, even the shadows.
I'm using IE - but I'm not sure I'd want to change browsers just to see the effects of the fables I've just spent!

| Would there be any way to modify the mod to use CSS3 instead of however it is doing it now? As I use firefox, this looks terrible, and I don't even think it looks great in IE. I don't know how the mod is set up, but with with CSS3 you could use text-shadows which work in almost every browser (I.E. being the one exception) and the ones they don't work on just wouldn't show the shadow at all.

If you can give me the code to you it's a whole lot more likely to happen :/
CSS and HTML aren't areas I'm strong at but I will be looking into getting the shadows working right on IE and if you have a fix that is cross browser I would be happy to see if I can implement it a the same time.

Simple enough:

Produces this: 
The first px controls the x offset, the 2nd controls the y offset, and the 3rd controls the size of the shadow. So this:

Produces this: 
This unfortunately will not work in Internet Explorer, is will simply display the text without a shadow. If you are using Internet Explorer, I suggest you stop and find the wonders of Firefox Opera's not bad, and chrome is decentish.
But anyways, as I said, this works on Firefox (not sure about 3, can't remember), Opera, Safari, Chrome, and any browser based on WebKit. It will also most likely work in IE 10.0 if you still have not seen the light
