A gentle soul who'se benevolence and great giving to charitable causes is often overlooked and replaced by slanderous allegations. None of which have been proven as everyone who has made such claims has suddenly retracted them or disappeared, presumably for a lovely holiday in the sun, also presumably provided for them by the generous being.
Chinaren took office as Mayor after Smee, and also won a second term, despite competition from IM.

In year 5 Chinaren decided to expand his empire, and he departed for new shores. Those who look can still find him in a new home, though he does still visit IF quite often.
