A couple of months ago, I tried to get a regular storychat going every week, but we didn't have enough interest. I still would like to do storychat regularly, and it's been suggested that maybe we should try to do one once a month instead of every week. Post here if you'd be interested in doing a storychat for two hours once a month, probably at the same time we used to do them (Sunday at 10:00 AM Pacific, 1:00 PM Eastern, 6:00 PM British).

If we get enough interest we'll schedule a regular time, such as the first Sunday of the month.

In case you don't know what storychat is, you can read a description or view archives of the previous storychats.

OK, cool, looks like there's a lot of interest. I'm thinking that we could do the first Sunday of every month, but maybe we do the first one on January 8th, since the first Sunday next month is New Year's Day.

I don't know the Indian time, Muaddib, but it's sometime late at night. If this works and there's others who want to join but can't make that time, we can shoot for another time that's better for the people in Australia or Asia.

Aye, it would be about midnight Indian time. It's early hours of the morning in China, so I probably would miss these, much to everyone's relief I am sure!

I miss storychat. i still come on at storychat time.
Why dont we do it twice a month? Once at normal times and then once again at a time that suits everyone else who cant make it. Then everyone gets a chance to storychat. Maybe not the same story but all storys around here are brilliant, so it would be fair. :D

No, no, you guys should always feel free to storychat whenever you want, you don't have to ask my permission. I just didn't want to schedule one and then not show up myself.

To be the author in the storychat area, you have to know the password. I don't like to post it publicly, but jnmrcs and a few others have it, so if you're interested in telling one, you can get it from them or you can PM me and ask for it.

You get to the storychat place in the IF chat room by clicking Chat now at the bottom of the home page.
