Ongoing discussion of the Spring 2006 election issue: organizing and planning of the City Council.
Hello all mayoral candidates.
Right, so what I want you to discuss is what you plan to do with the City Council if you become mayor.
As of now, all mods act as independant arbitrators( atleast sparta and I do). There's no organized interaction, no real meetings on issues, no fixed date when all mods should free their forum

Aside from wanting to see Mods that have shown the enthusiasm you and Sparta have show in Previews and Storygame Ideas, and Stoat in aHEM, I don't plan any changes to the council.
Key introduced all the mods to deligate responsibility so micro-management doesn't have to be done. I see it the same way, although as Mayor (rather than Mayor and King that Key has always been) I'd be more involved as part of the mayoral remit.
Disputes, and general day-to-day issues in their forum, will be left to the mods to deal with as they do now.

Yes indeed my Red colleague. I agree with Smee on this one. I see no real reason to change the setup at the moment. Though of course I would be willing to listen to suggestions from the electorate.

Just kidding - From what I can see there doesn't seem to be much of a promblem with the council at the moment. So I suspect I'd leave it how it is, unless you have a problem with it currently of course?

I guess it does. But on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the lowest. I think your mind goes toward the 1 range.

I didn't mean to say 1. I meant between 1 and 5 really. But yeah China has said it 4 or 5. But sometimes I think you can reach a 7 or 8 with some of your posts. Does that soothe your ego?
