woohoo!!! We can have a special chapter with a big party in it just to celebrate. (but we'll have to wait untill it can be fitted in with the story.)
lol. I think my Storygame polls have a history of ties!
If Smee replied to my topics he should probably say "Happy tieing." instead of "Happy Voting" lol.

How? I suppose something along the lines of: Her dog is her long lost brother... lol That's would be wrong.
Well, soon as there was a vote for the option that didn't tie, I could do the poll again with just the tied options and maybe put them in discuise like I did for Down the Garden.
I'll leave it up for a bit longer, probably untill the weekend and then do the poll again if the tie isn't broken.
Does that sound like a plan to everyone?

Chapter 5
I stare at him for what seemed like an age I wanted to last. Then he speaks.
“What are you doing all by yourself? Can I sit down?”
“Erm… Sure.” I stutter. Now I realise that there isn’t a seat next to me and feel embarrassed until he sits. A seat just appeared from nowhere. That must be a spell or something that he can do.
“I’m a general Mage. Storm says I use magic for free will too much. She says it won’t lead to any good.” He smiles. “Free Magic is made for free will. One day I will fly free just like my father did. I’ll find him and then…” he stops as if snapping out of a trail of thoughts. “Sorry, I’m going on a bit aren’t I? What about you? Are you new?”
He really talks a lot… Apart from the how much he talks, he’s just like me; he’s looking for his father too. I smile and reply.
“Yeah. I just got here today I think. I’m not sure because I fell asleep almost as soon as I arrived and when I woke up everybody had already evacuated.”
“So how did you get here?” he asks.
“IM brought me down. Now he’s gone back to help Storm.” I look at the floor trying to hope that they are both okay.
“What’s the matter?” he asks correctly sensing that I’m worried.
“Nothing, I’m fine. I’m just worried that they might not be. They’re battling a Storm Dwarf. And he’s really after me; not them.”
“Oh.” He says understanding. “What’s your name anyway?”
He’s trying to take my mind off things, and I’m telling you now, it’s working!
“Triennia. What’s yours?”
“I’m Tesoro.” As soon as he said that, something tightened inside me. Just as if something had clamped down on my guts. Suddenly it felt wrong to have these feelings about him. It now feels as if I’ve fallen in love with my own brother. I know I don’t have a brother… but somehow that’s what it feels like.
We sit and chat for a while. Just talking about our pasts. They seem to be very similar in some sort of way; we are both looking for our fathers and our mothers are dead.
“Well, my dad isn’t exactly my real dad. He’s my step dad. But I’ve never known my real dad.” He said.
“My dad’s my real dad. Also the only one in this world, apart from Dodle, who cares about me…I hope.” My eyes lower again.
Suddenly the door swings open and crashes against the wall, almost killing a girl who managed to disappear from the scene just in time. I’m guessing she has some sort of teleporting powers.
IM is in the doorway, leaning on the frame with one hand, breathing heavily. Then there is a flash of lightning and Storm is next to him. She collapses to the floor. Vamps swings down from the ceiling and helps them in.
She shuts the door. “What happened? Are you OK?”
“Yes.” Panted Storm.
“The coast is… clear” IM drops to the floor, breathing heavily.
“OK everyone! Back to the School! Calmly return to your normal lessons.” Calls out Vamps.
“We’ve just been attacked! Shouldn’t we get a day’s rest?” complains a student. He seems wealthy and bossy.
“No!” yells Vamps and lets out a short high pitched scream. That makes us all leave in a hurry.
We leave the three teachers behind to sort themselves out.
“Are you OK?” asks Tesoro. My hands are clenched in tight fists.
“Yes.” I say through my teeth.
Vamps, IM and Storm catch up behind us. IM and Storm have robes that are ripped and dirtied with blood; some of it their own and some of it the dwarf’s. IM is limping badly and Storm is hiding her hands behind her back. I stop and turn to them.
“What did you do?” I ask, trying to keep calm. “What did you do to him?”
“He’s been banished for some time.” Replies Storm.
“How long?” I ask, half happy that he’s gone half scared for the same reason. If I don’t finish my battle with him myself, more of his kind will hunt me down until either I die or they get wiped out. Now, which one would be more likely?
“We don’t know.” Says IM.
“It better be for long enough!” Storm is now shaking. “I don’t appreciate going through something like that for now reason.” She says and lets her arms drop by her side.
That’s when I realise that she is bleeding. Blood trickling, from nasty looking wounds, from her hands. Her eyes are a cloudy blue colour, showing no white part. Then I realise that the sky is dark, covered with thick, threatening clouds.
“Are you going to put them away now?” IM asks her.
“Yes.” She says. She raises her arms and looks at the sky. The clouds disappear. She lowers her arms. Her eyes have returned to their original form of hazel, human eyes.
She looks at me evenly.
“You need to practice.”
“What?” I stare at her. “Practice for what?”
“He will be back. You need to prepare. Next time, I will not fight him for you. Next time, he will not attack you here. Next time, you will call to him. He will be unbanished and you will finish your battle. Then, and only then we can search for your father. Understood?”
I look at her. My feelings of fear, excitement, happiness and anxiety are building up inside me, mixing within me.
“How…did you…” I leave my question in half. I don’t even care how she knew.
“How will you find my father?”
“Where there’s a will, there’s a way.” Answers IM and smiles a smile that says ‘we’ve already found him’.
“What about my dad?” asks Tesoro. “You said we’d look for him after I finish my exams. I finished them last week.”
“Yes.” Vamps smiled. “Das ist right.”
I look at her. She’s a German Vampire?
Tesoro stares at them all, turns and calmly makes his way back to the school. However he’s not as calm as he seems. His fists are clenched and his sadness and anger hang so thickly in the air that you could almost cut it with a knife.
“That kid is strong.” Comments Vamps.
“Stronger than we think.” Adds IM.
“I don’t like him” comments Storm.

Back in my room, 9o’clock and according to Storm half an hour until bed time. I’m sitting on my bed. My two room mates have been bickering for the past half hour. I’m trying to ignore them as I read my timetable.
First lesson in the morning is…

So what's her first lesson? You choose. It can be anything in the world. From chocolate summoning to ant slaying. Nobody really cares whether she enjoys it or not, she can suffer all you like.
As well as what her first lesson is I'm listening to ideas for other lessons, too.

lol. it would have to be noisy buuble wrap. As in it makes a big pop when you break the bubbles. lol. And the bubbles could possibly be made out of strange gasses that are releases when it's poped. lol.

*takes notes* Demon classes, bubble wrap making, fighting, ninja lessons, potions, vampire slaying, dragon riding and dragon slaying, missions!.....this story might be long, very long....

Chapter 6
…Demonology.
~*~*~*~* Next morning at 10 o’clock. ~*~*~*~*~*~*
I awake to loud whispering outside my door. The two girls who share my room are also awake, trying to get back to sleep but are clearly bothered by the noise. I slip out of bed and realised that I forgot to change into my nightclothes. I sigh and walk to the door bare footed.
I have not had a pair of slippers since I moved into my den with Dodle.
I open the door slightly and see two blue-skinned pixies standing outside the door talking in loud whispers. They look at me when they realise that I have disturbed them. They both look identical with their blue face, red eyes, fangs on either side of their blood red lips and their large pointy ears.
They look at me as if I have no right to be here, so I shut the door and go back to bed. I have no time or care to get involved with people like them.
However, their faces remind me of something, as if I’ve seen them before somewhere. For some reason my mind links the feeling of wrong with a very vivid memory. I cannot feel the disturbance in my guts right now but the word Danger flashes across my mind along with the traces of the memory.
I lie down in bed and close my eyes. I’m not planning to go to sleep, I just want to rest. The whispers outside can no longer be heard.
“Planning on joining any classes while you’re here?” My eyes blink open to see the pixie girl standing over me. I look around the room but I cannot see Virga and realise I must have dozed off.
“What time is it?” I ask confused.
“Eleven o’clock. Lessons start now.” Answers Felicia.
I stretch and sit up. I blink my eyes a few times, trying to remember at what point I dropped off and why. I can’t remember being tired an hour ago. I shake the thought off – at least I’m not tired now.
I slip out of bed and quickly get changed when Felicia leaves the room. I’m guessing she’s going to her first lesson.
I read my timetable quickly to remind myself of what lesson I have. I check that my sword is resting comfortably in its case and fiddle with my shield so that it rests nicely on my back. When I’m satisfied with my armour and weaponry I leave the room. I lock the door and take my key with me half hoping that Virga and Felicia have a key each and half hoping that they haven’t.
With the thought of them stuck outside their own room amusing me, I set off to find room 666.
I turn a few corners and follow a few passageways and room 666 is at the end of the passage facing me. I reach it, pause, take a deep breath and enter.
There is a large Purple demon at the front side of the room and closer to me are 5 figures. A Purple Phangarian and a team of Witches. They all look at me.
“You have armour.” The demon speaks. Then she looks sceptical for a moment. “If you are comfortable to cast spells, dodge and attack in that, then you don’t need to change. Otherwise put on some robes like everybody else in the room.”
The Witches giggle.
“I have vanquished plenty Demons in this uniform.” I answer in a loud clear and proud voice, tapping my armour with my right hand. How dare she speak to me like that? I know she’s a rare member of the Demon world, but there is no reason to be so rude to me on my first time.
“Good.” She replies. “Now then young ones!” Her voice is louder and crueller and sends a shiver through all of us. “Form a line and do your best to vanquish me! This is a non-dying area of the school so you don’t need to worry about me. Now kill my kiddies! Kill!”
The first Witch steps forwards and raises her arms. Black clouds form above her head and lightning shoots out from them and hits the Phangarian in the chest, missing her heart by centimetres. She flies backwards and shakes violently for a few moments. The Witch leaps forwards and lands next to her. She takes out a dagger and stabs the Demon in the heart. The Demon shimmers and the disappears completely.
I gasp in time with the other four Witches in the room. The first Witch rearranges her hat on her head so that it recovers her eyes with a shadow cast by the rim of the hat. She turns to face the class and walks steadily in a straight line towards the door. Her lips are moving and as she gets closer to me I can pick out her words.
“6…5….4…3…2…and…” I look towards the front of the class, confused. The Phangarian reappears and the Witch gets in line behind me with a satisfied smile on her face.
“You’ve been having lessons I see. Good. You need them.” Comments the Phangarian.
The four girls in front of me try different methods of attacking the Demon but they all fail. They try fire balls, electricity balls, gravitational energy balls and ice beams but all four girls were thrown to the back of the room and landed in a pile.
They picked themselves up, moaning and complaining about their nails and new clothing as they checked them thoroughly.
“My nail! My robes! My hat! My hair! My makeup!” They complained but their complaints were interrupted.
“Serves you right!” a satisfied smile spreads widely across the Demon’s face. “You spend too much time taking care of your nails and not enough time preparing for this. I might have killed you if there was any point to it.” Her gaze settles on me and smile disappears. “Next.”
I take a step forward. I reach into my pocket to produce a leather pouch with a spell powder. I hold it in my right hand bring my left hand to the leather laces and prepare myself to pull. I stare at the demon in the eyes with confidence and apprehension rising within me and mixing, confusing my senses.

Well, having cultivated my hunger before I idealised (that being a good thing to do in these situations), I think there's probably some motivated anger in there. You know, just to make them all realise. I'm off to climb a mountain without coming down, in order to break into the contents (of the chocolate factory, of course), while never falling down.
*resumes extreme flutage*
