Well, I read IM's bid to mean that he would have an influence in who won, not to actually influence and end to hostilities.
It won't come about for a while anyway! So plenty of time yet Ziet to save up those Fables and put in a real bid! 
And no, not accepting new bids just yet. Wait for the next chapter to go up. I am working on it now, and it should clear a few of the outstanding ones and we can start some new stuff.
You will appear in the upcoming chapter as well, so make sure you have some Fatbacks ready!

Welllll, I suppose technically he could, I am fairly open on what you can bid for. However, for some characters, such as Nalloon, I am not really sure myself yet. Unless I have a very specific idea in mind, then the characters only tend to develop over time, and usually when I am actually writing the story.
You could bid for a certain type of character though, that's okay. Best wait until we know more about the Light Ones I think.
