It gives me great pleasure to reintroduce to you
The Album!
Over 750 pictures reorganised and recategorised!
Greater Control over managing your pictures!
Increased Pic Limits in Personal Galleries!
If you are not familiar with the features of this neglected corner of our city, here's how it works:
- Public Categories - This now includes categories for Storygame pictures, General Artwork & Competitions, Shameless Advertising, Avatars, as well as specialist categories such as IFQuirer, Medals/Awards, The City! and IFgear.
- Pictures uploaded to these categories are Public and can be viewed by all visitors to the site, so use the Public Categories for displaying images in your Storygames, Signatures and your Avatars.
- The four most recent pics in the Public Categories are shown at the bottom of the Album main page.
- Users can now edit and/or delete their own images in the Storygame Pics, General Artwork & Competitions, Shameless Advertising and Avatars categories.*
- Personal Galleries
Personal Galleries are for you to upload and manage your own personal artwork or pics for your fans to enjoy.
- You have full control over uploading, editing and deleting the pics in your personal gallery, and have a limit of up to 30 pics.
- Comment on and Rate each others Pics! Use the Comment and Rate links under each thumbnail to tell the artist what you really think of their images. Ooooooh!
And to celebrate the relaunch of the Album, here is the first ALBUM CAPTION COMPETITION!
Click on the thumbnail image to see a full size view, then enter your captions as comments underneath the thumbnail, and we'll poll for the winning caption! As it is an introductory competition the prize is 300 Fables!

Special thanks goes to Chinaren, Christalnightshade, Scissorkitty, Smee and Phantomfan for their valuable help in testing the functions of the Album while it was being re-organised.

*If you need a picture deleted from any other category, or need a picture moved between categories, please contact the Mayor.

| Okay, we have seven entries in the caption competition so far. Maximum is 10 (as that's the maximum poll options) I'll give it til midday Wednesday GMT, or when the 10th entry comes in (whichever comes first) and then we'll poll for a winner!
