Admin was once a bane upon the fair citizens of IF who visited the IF Chatroom. With a distinct hatred of those who attempted to post long words or links, he would strike at the heart, revealing the identification code (also known as an IP Address) of the victim who had offended him - a skill only available to the City Council before.

None were safe, and it seemed even Key was powerless to stop him.

A revolt against Admin's dominion was soon started by a confused and angry group of citizens, led by Tramp in a Storm, who had been attempting to kill Admin since he had first appeared. Whenever he appeared he was mocked, and extreme violence became rife. In the City Centre, Admin was dragged through the streets and killed in a variety of unrealistic but imaginative ways by Crash, also known as Ripsaw. Nobody took into account that the hideous brute was invincible.

Then, at almost the same time that Storychats began to die out, Admin too seemed to go into hiding. Now he appears very rarely, and there is speculation that it is merely Key in a disguise keeping the legend alive to promote tourism. Storm was taken in for questioning but later escaped armed only with a forcefield, a teleportation spell and various other cliched magical abilities, claiming to be off to 'Greesss'. Crash/Ripsaw went missing, though there are always rumours that he is still vainly trying to kill Admin.
