The Horn and Bluetac of Hi'erup

The Horn and Bluetac of Hi'erup are kept in a nice shiny 'break in case of emergency' style glass box in Key's Palace. Whenever he needs to gather the attention of the populace of IF, he merely breaks the glass, grabs the Horn, and lets loose with a mighty trumpet.

The Moderators have minature versions of the Horn, and use them whenever they feel it is nessecary. Recently, the horns have been interfering with detection of dark, evil magicks, though this is purely coincidence.
