The Great Possession of Reiso represents the abuse of power, and wanton disregard for safety when using the Possesion and Exorcism Magicks. This resulted in the removal of powers from the Moderators in their own inner sanctum.

In brief, Reiso made comment in the City Council forum, and parties undisclosed subsequently altered said post in ways both highly amusing and highly inappropriate. The inappropriateness far outweighed the amusement, and Mayor Key was displeased. With his all-knowing and benevolent Mayoral Powers he restored the post to its original content and banished the use of Moderation Tools thereafter in the forum.
